Our intervention process includes:
- Discussion with the management of the company in order to gain a good understanding of the business model of the company or the PPP contract, its sources of funding and the main performance indicators to be taken into account.
- Definition of the architecture of the model so as to reflect as faithfully as possible the company's economic model while preserving the ergonomics and ease of use of the model.
- Development of the financial model in an iterative manner in regular consultation with the management of the company.
- Integration of sensitivity tests and projection scenarios
- Training on the model so as to ensure total autonomy in its use by the Client.

Hatem Bahrini
Hatem is the founder and managing partner of Gibraltar Advisory since 2009. Previously, Hatem acquired more than 7 years of expertise in internationally renowned firms and Investment Banks, in particular within Ernest & Young Paris, Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) Paris and Swicorp, the Investment Bank specializing in the Middle East.
Hatem has a wealth of transactional experience in corporate finance, M&A transactions and Project Finance. In Europe, Hatem has advised large European firms such as Telecom Italia, France Telecom and Ciments Français on strategic financing transactions. In Africa, within Gibraltar Advisory, Hatem has structured more than 30 cross-border fundraising and M&A transactions and advised several States or private operators in the context of infrastructure projects (transport, sanitation, water supply, waste management, renewable energy, education).
Hatem is of French and Tunisian nationality, a former student of Lycée Louis-le-Grand and a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris. He speaks French, English and Arabic.
